Our hands-on, advanced service takes place over the course of up to 8 hours at your home, as a member of our SMIKEWALLEN team takes action to implement our recommendations for corrective actions before listing your home for sale.  For homeowners who may be too busy to personally implement the recommendations discussed during our Pre-Sale Home Consultation, our Service goes the extra mile, allowing us to manage and facilitate the remediation of all recommendations to increase your chances for higher offers and a quicker sale.  We also rework your existing furnishings, decor, and personal effects to help present your home in its best possible light.  In some cases, we may further facilitate things like de-cluttering, organizing, painting, editing of existing items in the home, off-site storage of unneeded items, and proper flow for open houses.  Our Pre-Sale Home Prep Service and action package does not include the addition of any separately purchased items that we might recommend, though these can often be arranged for a separate fee.
